Instead of being a proper onepiece hook made of solid plastic its a hollow clip that grabs the shower rod mostly from below

It is made of thin plastic right down to the chains connecting the clothes pins

There is only a circle clamp to hang it with so you must have something this same size or smaller to be able to use it

The wind kicked up and i looked out the window they had both been blown down to the end of the clothesline and the articles clipped were blowing sideways but not one thing came out of the clips nor did the drying racks come off of the clothesline
