Pros
The wheels make it very maneuverable for her. Put a washer on each side of a wheel, and secure the wheel to the axle with a cotter pin.
Cons
Will not be purchasing this item again. The instruction manual is the absolute worst. Dimensions are incorrect on amazon.

Remarkably sturdy - i ran over it with my car and, though one of the wheels is a bit bent up, it still works.
It is very strong and well made!
The recipient, who is 95, can collapse the cart and toss it on the trunk to go shopping.
Hard to figure out instructions but once together moves well and sturdy.
Packaging/appearance
The basket was packed to the rim with about 40 pounds of groceries in plastic bags.
Besides the shipping box being way oversized, the cart was just slightly hard to assemble, but no biggie.
I had my doubts about the rough sidewalks, but the shopping cart rolled easily.

As much of a bummer it is to not fit the same sized objects in it it has proven sturdy going over rocky areas easily when im not paying much attention not what its designed for
