Pros
Professional it encourage one to embrace change. When you work for a company that has stood the test of time for decades, you almost feel entitled to the benefits or the cheese that everyone else has recieved over their tenure.
As a mental health counsellor i think it’s a great story of not only change but self reflection. With an ever-changing environment one has to have the reflexes to deal and adapt with change.
Cons

Patronising, dated and borderline offensive. Serves as a prelude/warning that a process of meddling, dismantling and introducing pointless metric management procedures is about to begin.
This silly, lightweight homily to 90s american business culture. Perhaps spencer has another bestseller up his sleeve!
As such they could be termed ‘experimenters’. Poor little haw remains alone with his ‘negativity’ and probably starves to death! No wonder he was called haw. As subtle as a sledgehammer and full of drivel.
