Eggcellent very good no powdery taste very tasty makes great omelettes and scrambled deffo buying again
Very convenient and easy to use,great in baking or for a perfect scrambled.
I have since bought scales, as my dope scales are not really useful for measuring heavy weights.
Useful as a store cupboard staple for baking, especially during covid 19 lock down.
Packaging/appearance
The only downside is the fishy smell from the packet but it is not evident in the baked item.

We tend not to eat eggs as such but i either wasted eggs after using only two or three for baking or had to run out to the shops if i wanted to bake at short notice

The texture of my sponges and cakes is the same as when using fresh eggs but i have yet to try the product in any other recipe
