Pros

It maintains the temperature nicely and is energy efficient. Works great as a second freezer for overflow from your main freezer.

Noise level is nice. Not intrusive at all. It is very quiet and it freezes beautifully.

This freezer holds a lot of food on 2 shelves & bottom basket. We live in an rv so space is tight. The shelves make it really easy to keep things organized.

Based on daily readings of my electric meter, the power used by the two freezers has not been noticeable. My only complaint is we run most things off batteries and solar panels.

Cons

The part that regulates the temperature and tells the unit to turn on and off is faulty. This freezer keeps getting a lot of ice buildup. Like other reviewers put works great until it doesn't.

Apparently there was a restocking fee deducted from the refund amount. Now i have to repackage, take to a ups store, and try to carry a 50 pound unit.

The freezer seems to be put together well and the construction seems sturdy.

Once a month i have to scrape the walls inside to remove the frost.

This was great value for my money.

Good value for the cost, would recommend.

I was prepared to pay up to $700-$800 if necessary.

It didn't seem to matter how much money i spent.

I received from ups on monday and the unit to her the same day.

Packaging/appearance

Packaging was top-notch, the setup was easy, and it's the perfect size for a bedroom or small area.

The unit was very well packaged and relatively light: the top was protected by two layers of stout cardboard.

There were no issues setting this up i just unpacked it and plugged it in.
