Customer service from whynter is a nightmare. This filter is not the right size for the arc 12sd air conditioner. Nothing to do with the manufacturer. This product is not worth the money.

I do feel that it's a lot of money for what it is, but i don't have a choice and i'm happy with the purchase.
This fits my whynter arc-12s perfectly and feels thicker than the one that came with the unit.
