The garage is insulated and has living space above so after a few episodes of having a completely wet floor i realized that the problem was humidity and the humid air contacting the cold concrete slab resulting in the significant condensate problem

I set this unit up using the auto pump out setup which was perfect because the unit can be left unattended

It was flashing an error code that would indicate it was operated outside the specified temperature range

I contacted the manufacturer directly and they have offered to pay to have it shipped back and repaired even though it is slightly out of warranty

I purchased the keystone had a terrible experience with bad instructions translated from another language and gaps in information and the machine broke terrible service line i returned it and purchased this whynter with pump

I may not need the extended warranty
