Pros
This step ladder is not light weight, which is a good thing! I am able to lift and carry the ladder although it is not lightweight. All are sturdy, stable and light enough to transport. I weigh 230 lbs and it feels very stable.
It has a groovy little catch-all for tools that can remain on or be taken off quickly. I used it to change a light bulb in the bathroom and felt secure and safe. It has those sidebars that make it so much safer!
Handles for stability and max weight of 500lbs. She loves it; it gives her the support she needs to reach shelves that are no longer accessible to her as she shrinks from osteoporosis. Love the side handles.
Cons
The step lock is not efficient in holding the step bar in place. This makes the rubber feet kind of useless. Handles are useless for climbing up.
If it wasn't a chore to disassemble and i hadn’t already disposed of the packaging, i’d return it. Steps are too small.

I wondered why the company did not include a flat wrench like so many other products needing assembling

Luckily i had saved one from a previous order that fit the bolt and made the assembly much easier
