Pros

Nutrichef comes with 2 probes and an ambient temp probe. Temperature readouts appear accurate when compared to digital thermometer room temp. Great replacement and upgrade for previous thermometer.

The app pairs very easily with the transmitter. The transmitter is charged using a provided usb-c cable. Everything runs smoothly. You can see the cooking progress remotely using the app on your smartphone.

Cons

This thermometer is mediocre. If the alarm is going off for one temp, the display will only show you that one temp until it's resolved. There is no reason a thermometer or its app needs your location in order to work.

After two months, i was offered a $5 gift card. It really only works with the app, and the app needs some work. Have had no luck contacting the manufacture. Cannot be placed on the grill or *.

Temperature not precise varies 2 degrees per probe when both are in constant heat.

Left it outside more times than i can count and the unit didn't fade in the sun nor did water get into the battery bay.

Replacing an old non bluetooth device which cost about the same.

They requested that i send the amazon order number and they would ship me out a replacement probe.

I messaged customer service through the app around 7:30 pm and received a reply around 8:45 pm the same evening!

I bought it to replace a thermometer of the same brand, which i gave to my mil.
