It works as advertised and it is nice to be able to change the settings remotely. Support line (foriegn operators) is decent. The app is really user friendly.

We are stoked about it. It is a great product and recommend it to anyone that is looking for a new thermostat. It has some great features.

Easy to use and easy to setup. Easy to install. Full set up requires computer log in. The diagram gives you an idea how to connect the wires.

Cons

The thermostat connects to the internet, but it's inaccurate and you have to hold your finger onto the screen for an abnormally long period of time for it to register your input. Worked great for a week, i have my isp reboot my modem, but that didn't ... Read More

The honeywell website and manual are misleading with their alternative wiring options. One lead goes to the motherboard, usually through a fuse. Should be a fuse on roof motherboard.
