Pros

Once i replug back in it resets and things work again. Great packaging, wifi signal is strong. Very nice and compact unit.

Gigablast with panoramic mesh wifi router. Where my main wifi router has 13 mbps download and 2 mbps upload, this repeater delivers 10 mbps/2mbps when the signal led is blue. Gives me about 100-150 mbps while connected to this router.

The setup was quite easy. The device needs a minute or so after being plugged in to acquire a signal and begin repeating.

Cons

Wi-fi extender doesn't work properly and needs to be rebooted every time. It doesn't have a firewall, so it can't be used to protect your network. It also needs a factory reset after every power cycle.

If you are looking for a quality extender then look no further because this one for the price and quality is absolutely wonderful.

We have a duplex, with the router in the basement and our bedroom on the top floor, which causes issues with the wifi reaching.

Install was a breeze, made the name match except for the -2ghz and -5ghz additions to make it clear which folks should be using.

I have tried other options that were cheaper but this item is well worth the price.
