Pros

The socks are wonderfully warm and toasty! Highly recommended for military/police boot wearers. I wear these socks every day in 110 degree temps down to sub-zero temps and they are reliable and comfortable.

Have been wearing wigwam socks exclusively for over 15 years. Cushy, heavyweight socks that breath and don't make my feet stinky are what works.

Nothing beets merino and the silk blend just makes them more comfortable. The silk content is very small, but it does seem to make a difference making these more breathable. They also do a great job of repelling odors as well.

They wash well and we hang them to dry and they come out perfect. They work best when washed and then hung to dry or dried flat.

They are a thicker sock, but that is what we like. They are comfortable/sock (not itchy), sturdy, and do fine with normal wash/dry treatment.

Cons

The cuffs of the socks are incredibly droopy, even after washing. Also, they seem to lose some of their heat holding ability after their washed.
