Pros & Cons
Pros
Wiha tools make very high quality tools that last and perform better than most. The quality of these tools are head and shoulders above those. If you need this type of tool, this kit is a great value!
It is exactly as advertised. This is a lot of nitpicking but it adds up for me. Esd seems to be the pico quality finish i have on an older set. It also has a small ratchet set included, and i’ve replaced the wiha bit driver with an ifixit driver to ma... Read More
The tolerance between the shaft and ratchet cup is nearly perfect so there is no discernible wobble. This allows me to apply pretty serious but localized force while minimizing risk to the surrounding area. The only issue i've had is the selector on t... Read More
Wiha are the go to company for screwdriver bits in my opinion. While a little pricey, they’re worth it as they will last. This is the only small bit and socket set you’ll ever have to buy.
Cons
The bit location/decoder inside the lid was applied crooked as *. The ratcheting mechanism often reverses on its own. The metal storage box was also badly dented.
The standoff makes this thing basically pointless. Well built from a terrible design. Ultimately worthless. Absolutely unacceptable quality for a $100 set of tools pretending to still be considered professional.
Highlights
Quality
Sturdy, light weight & has almost anything a hobbyist needs for small tools!
They make great tools and some of the best steel used on their bits.
The case feels like cheap stamped metal and it will warp.
Third, quality of bit slot made with foam is really bad.
Price
Yes, this is an expensive set but it is absolutely worth it.

To be fair the set is only $29 (at this time) and i can tell you those bits are not wiha grade.
Yes it's a bit pricey but this is definitely one of those times you get what you pay for.
Shipping
The tool set arrived quickly and in perfect condition.
Packaging/appearance
Supplied in a sturdy metal box, with an ideal easy to use organiser insert.
Competitiveness
After two years of heavy use, i would strongly recommend this set to anyone who needs more than a phillips and a flathead in their toolbox.
I've owned similar sets from ifixit and harbor freight, and there's no comparison.
There are much less expensive alternatives, but there's nothing like this set for working on fine screws on electronic and simi... Read More
But, a couple years back wiha had moved production to china and with supposedly the same specs and materials as their german branded wiha.

The handle is only plastic so im guessing that over time the bits might become loose or the plastic might crack

I like this product but as i was using the torx 6 bit the bit just snapped in half and i look to see it started to twist and second i think their was a crack in it becuase from one side to half center is a dark spot possibly meaning a crack other then that it is a solid

I like the concept of this ratchet set but there are several problems i have found
Posted by a reviewer on Amazon
First its bit size is not conventional 1434 but 4mm
Posted by a reviewer on Amazon
You need to have 4mm to 1434 adaptor to use the bits with a ratchet that comes with or if you want to use the bits with your other tools you own
Posted by a reviewer on Amazon
There is one adaptor in the set wiha 758 but
