These where not the best tasting gummies. Just useless. I have serious doubts about what these truly contain and the quality.

Upon doing this review i just glanced at the ingredients and nutrition label and i just say banana flavored

I have read that cinnamon is good for blood sugar and since mine has been elevated i thought i would try it

But i am so sick of taking capsules i will eat the bears and make up by eating less sugar somewhere in my diet

Also has ashwaganda but i like the ceylon roots better

Cinnamon is supposed to help with blood glucose and insulin sensitivity which is why im trying this out although the irony of using a product that contains sugar for that reason does not escape me
