Pros
Quercetin helps zinc absorb when you have the flu or a virus.
What i really like is they use real fruit extracts for the flavoring. The sweetness is not too sweet. They have a nice little tangy zing that is perfectly balanced with light sweetness.
Consistency of the gummy is exactly what you'd expect. Not especially chewy, but they do break down like a thick piece of jell-o. A little softer and stickier than some of the other gummies i have, but that doesn't affect the overall quality of them.
This gummie is delicious and nutritious. For bromelain i usually add a pineapple core to a smoothie but having them already combined in a gummy is really convenient.
It seems like a reputable company with a nice website with plenty of info about their products. I just love that on top of that they are organic. Will buy again.
Cons
The flavor on this is actually quite pleasant, but they are so sweet they are virtually inedible. Overall, expensive. Disappointed to say the least.
