Pros

For this bottle, each gummy gives you 500 mg and theirs 60 in the bottle. I have a better diet than the average person but still a long way to go to say my diet is great. I am in good shape and have been in goodshape for a long time.

Gummies are convenient and easily bioavailable for everyone. Love the aroma and taste, they're better than real gummies. Tastes like grape.

As advertised. Better than expected. Value for the money is good amongst the myriad of resveratrol supplements on the market.

There is a slight bitterness (resveratrol is bitter-tasting), but that is nicely masked by the blueberry flavoring and sweetener. The blueberry flavor comes thru and there's no * aftertaste. The sweetness is not too sweet.

Resveratrol is the main ingredient in these. They chew clean and do not cause her digestive problems.
