I would say the fit runs slightly large although once you get them on over your clothes and boots they are not as oversized as they originally seem

And with the baggy waist the integrated elasticated belt is useless

It also does not detach as the buckles are too big to fit through the extended loop around the back i ended up cutting it to remove it and now use a regular belt
