I was used to the very old small eye shield mask with the breathing piece in your mouth.
Packaging/appearance
This one has a better design for removing any water that might leak into the mask.
I can't give it all 5 stars in the subcategories.

My husband has a big mellon andthis worked great.

I was hesitant after reading some reviews citing concerns about safety but after using this and rereading those reviews i can only assume that those reviews were from people improperly using this mask to dive which youre very specifically warned against
