Pros & Cons
Pros
The chair is comfortable, and felt sturdy holding my 225 lbs. It isn't quite as large in the seat (i'm 6'4, 270lbs), but it comes with the leg feet for soft ground and issues smaller tubing. It is rust proof and supports up to 300lbs!
Nice and lightweight enough for a backpacking adventure. Great alternative to bulky camping chairs that take up too much space. If you're trying to get a lightweight backpack loaded, you probably want to leave the feet behind is that adds almost a pou... Read More
Once unpacked, it unfolds and comes together easily and intuitively. I love how easily the setup and takedown is. Comes in a small bag and the set up is quick and easy.
The chair comes with robust, burly additional feet that you push onto the ends, adding stability and area volume to the footing. The feet are very solid with the way they designed the feet. I’ve use them in different terrains and they're very solid.
The breathable mesh keeps your * & back from getting sweaty. The mesh material is strong and light, and will avoid any liquid puddling (from beverage spills or rain). Material seems very durable and high quality.
Cons
Feet are bulky and fussy. Black rubber leg ends tear and slide up the legs. Seat is a couple of inches too short to fit over the ends of four of the tubes.
Highlights
Quality
I’ve use them in different terrains and they are very solid with the way they designed the feet.
I plan to take it backpacking soon - excited to see how it holds up, but so far i am very pleased.
We really do like the chairs and hope that the quality issue was a fluke.
But the material is high-quality and the design works really well.
Price
I like the price and compact ability of this chair.
I need a cheaper price point lol but for now.
Packaging/appearance
We were sick of tripping over the usual camp chairs and these tuck into a storage area on the boat, completely out of the way.
Competitiveness
I bought this to replace a competitor's chair and use it primarily for camping trips, where i frequently stay on sandy beaches.
Not as light weight as pricier brands but i can live with that.
