This is a nice griddle that i use for eggs, pancakes, egg burritos as well as for baking. It comes pre-seasoned and the seasoning is good. Lodge products are always good.

Remove & wipe, this removes chance of dark streaks from the polymerized oil.
Lodge is durable and reliable, and the wildlife series art is splendid
For first 2 months, only used it for bacon, preheat cast iron for 10 mins, then rub olive oil, never use cooking spray!
Wash, completely dry, then apply shortening & wipe off completely.
