It can hold up to 750ml water i got it in red for my mother in law she likes it super good size for the water bottle now i dont need to worry about my son dont carry enough water to school in this hot weather the bottle is delicate and good quality the bottle also suit for gym nice one so satisfied with the purchase i struggled to drink just water and 2 liters a day is simply not possible however with this bottle 1lit
