Pros & Cons
Cons
Wilton bags are thin and flimsy. Couldn't use them to pipe icing, kept breaking. They tear and let icing out where it shouldn’t be!
If these triangles are parchment, they are the flimsiest that have ever come from wilton. The newer version is so slick and hard to hold. I find that the tip doesn't stay where you want it.
These were advertised as parchment paper. These are not parchment, but rather heavy waxed paper. You cannot form a decent pastry tube with them.
Highlights
Quality
I have been using these for decades for cake decorating and find them to be of excellent quality.
So far no complaints from her so if she's happy, i'm happy.
