The houses are mini houses as the box states. Very easy to assemble. Happy with the purchase.
Cons
Package in a box that is way too big for the pieces. They bounced around in shipping and arrive with broken pieces. Overall i gigantic disappointment.

We also bought the wonka kit which was junk and i highly recommend the wilton over the wonka kits
