Pros
Compared to my old rustic ones, this new one is very easy to clean. They hold the heat evenly and clean up with ease. And clean up is a snap.
Made christmas spritz cookies with these pans. The gage of metal is heavier than most but they do still pop in the oven. These pans are high quality, sturdy, and great to bake with!
Replacing and older version as a gift, im sure theyre just as good and durable as the old ones. They are worth every penny and i most definitely recommend them.
Cons
Unless we put parchment paper on the bottom they burn cookies, cinnamon rolls, anything. These warp when placed in the oven at any heat, not just high heats.
However, the sizing is deceptive. The larger pan size is listed 17.
They are horrible! Very unhappy with these. Wilson does better than this. Spend a little extra elsewhere and get something worth the money not this junk.

Seemed very sturdy at room temperature but in the oven at about 425°f the pans warp returning to normal at room temperature
