It's a turntable for a cake dome that had an old wilton lazy susan that broke. The table turns smoothly for decorating.
Cons
It stops, gets stuck, when it is turned about 1\4 of a rotation. It no longer spins smoothly, which obviously creates an issue when you’re trying to smoothly glide an icing spatula.
