Pros & Cons
Pros
Comes with a stick to poke out the letters which is very helpful when getting into the wholes of the letters. Very compact, letter sizes are good, durable material, easy to use. These letters are very useful and a decent size.
Dip cutters in cornstarch then press and no problem. Extremely easy to use, the poker that comes with goes through the slits at the top of the cutter to push it out.
Has everything i need and super easy for a beginner to use. Easy to use, almost like making cut outs with play doh. Pieces seem very sturdy.
Cons
It comes with a little tool but the tool leaves divots in the fondant.

Likely fairly easy to work with for fondant but with ceramics i just had to be creative about getting the clay out of the cutter without tearing or distorting it dipping the cutter in a little corn starch does the trick as it burns off in the kiln

I found the letters easy to use except i think the tab you press down with could be a little longer

Thus you can easily give a nudge from the back to make to cut fondant separate from the letter mold
