Pros

Drill 4 holes through 3 inches of workbench. Place nuts on end of carriage bolts.

I will replace these with the screw-in kind (there are holes for mounting).

Comes with the magnetic maple pads as shown; these are a nice idea but they move around quite a bit as the magnets are not super-strong.
