New to royal icing and immunocompromised. Makes the perfect icing for decorating cookies.

It tastes kind of like a marshmallow. The container feels a little delicate.

It worked just as expected, used to make royal icing and it turned out just right with no raw egg risk

I can never get it to last past 6 hours before it starts looking “blah” or to me “in-fluffy”.

I’ve yet to bake something with this particular product but i’ve use this brand of meringue powder before and it works well.

Great value and just right portion size.

A little goes a long way so great value.

We needed it for a birthday party - worked fine but won't order it again as you can find it cheaper elsewhere

Although i use a lot or meringue, it is great that the packaging is small enough to always have a product that is the best i can offer.

With the holidays, i was too busy to complain, but they really should put in sturdier packaging.

I really like this product, but one of the containers arrived smashed and really dusted up my mailbox.
