We bought these and used them just a few times and the non stick layer is peeling off best for anything you dont want overly browned on the bottom i am very very disappointed in this item
Love these baking pansthe best when making cookies and easy to wash these are great cookie sheets the cookies dont burn in the slide off very easily i use these to make mostly hamburger buns dinner rolls breads and shortbread and an occasional batch
