Pros & Cons

Pros

This pan is a great size with easy to use 3 feet for cooling and handling/gripping. Angel food batter is always a bit of a soak and scrub business for me because my particular batter needs to climb untreated pan sides. The pan is wider and shallower, ...  Read More

I like the way the cake texture turns out in an angel food cake pan. I also love the fact that it is a little larger and works with most boxed cake mixes. It just simplifies my life.

Cons

The aluminum is light weight and doesn't brown cake like darker cake pans.

The picture of the clean pan is after washing.

Price

I've seen it locally for double the price.

It is easy to use and producescakes that look like they came from a bakery and reasonably priced.

Packaging/appearance

Boxed angel cakes need a large capacity tube pan -- and this is perfect for that purpose.

The packaging was also torn in the shipping due to the way the pan was made at the top.

It probably would have been better packing it in a box of some sort.
