I like the way the cake texture turns out in an angel food cake pan. I also love the fact that it is a little larger and works with most boxed cake mixes. It just simplifies my life.

The pan is too light and flimsy to prevent leakage. Heavy metals from this pan aren't appetizing either. Received a defective angel food pan.

I've seen it locally for double the price.

It is easy to use and producescakes that look like they came from a bakery and reasonably priced.

Packaging/appearance

Boxed angel cakes need a large capacity tube pan -- and this is perfect for that purpose.

The packaging was also torn in the shipping due to the way the pan was made at the top.

It probably would have been better packing it in a box of some sort.
