Pros & Cons
Pros
It's easy to use, easy to load, and the cookies are perfect every time. Also it helps to put your pan in fridge before you press. Comes with --plastic-- template plate inserts.
I would advise to use their recipe (wilton) for the spritz cookies - it has a little milk in it. The milk makes the dough a little softer and it works much better! The only change is i use almond extract not vanilla-yummy!
Cons
The dies and plunger head are plastic and deform easily. If you fill the tube all the way it's difficult to get the click crank to engage.

Quality
This one works the best for me.
I did not use the recipe that came with the box, instead used the recipe a customer shared in the review section.
