Pros

The aluminum material is not nonstick but that is what you need when making chiffon cake. Takes a little extra butter and spatula and maneuvering to get the cake out clean, but it works. This pan is perfect! Cakes bake perfectly!

Cons

The aluminum also became discolored with white spots everywhere. Every single one of them came dented.

Get a fat daddios or parrish brand.
