Pros

The wilton brand fondant is easy to use and tastes good. Not overly sweet and did not have an aftertaste. Gives your homemade cake that professional look.

I’ve found buying the premade black fondant works best for cakes and to accent decorations. It is a true black which is exactly what i was looking for.

Cons

Surprised not to find an expiration date on the box. Disappointed for the price/brand. It's to heavy, drys up within ten minutes giving you very little work time. Never use this to heavy and makes cake sag.

This is the easiest fondant to use and the color is very opaque and didn't fade.

It took me less than an hour to make this cake - and i had to literally pinch myself as i just couldn’t believe i had made it!

The taste isn’t the best but it gets the job done, and for the price point it’s not to bad compared to other brands.

Have used wilton and satin ice fondants and find them very similar.
