Company hasn't bothered to look into this issue. How disappointing. Very very unhappy with it.

I know candles can be fragile, but this is the only one that has ever arrived broken like this. The base has a crack in it, and the paint has worn off her hand. Didn't have time to get a replacement.

The candle was broken because of the way it was packaged for shipping. It wasn’t protected by anything or any packaging. Just a chunk of minnie mouse wax plus it looks awful.
