Pros

Easy to remove without greasing the pan. Really nice mold. Only thing i noticed is i don't get the crispy edges like i do on a traditional tin.

I make a lot of quiche egg cup snacks and this is the perfect size for me. I always place this on a cookie sheet before placing in oven or freezer so it does not twist when picked up.

Cons

It smells strongly of some sort of fragrance? It smells, and your food will smell. This reaks like a chemical menthol smell! That’s quite a big difference, and frustratingly, have to return because this makes it unsuitable.

These are so flimsy that you need to put them on a baking sheet. The are not easily removable, brownies stick on the silicone.
