This ribbon cutter works perfect for pastry or fondant to cut lines straight. The only complaint i have is what i am cutting tends to stick to roller so i just need to be more mindful of that. This product was used to create ribbon for a fondant cake.... Read More

Normally i try to steer away from buying anything that is rated less than 4 1/2 stars, but i'm glad i bought this one!

On the down side,product is on the expensive side, when compared to other similar brands.
