Pros

The wilton chocolate chip cookie recipe (and others) for the pan can be found on the wilton website. If you loose it just google it and the recipe is found on wilton's website. The dough bakes evenly and turns a golden brown.

Would definely recommen this pan. Love this pan, it's great for making cookies and brownies.

Made my first m&m cookie cake. Baked with nestle cookie dough. Wished it had a lid to fit over the frosting.

Cons

Super flimsy material, easily bends. My gripe is that why in the world would they use that * glue on the inside of their product?
