The wilton vegetable 2 oz. Glycerin reconstitutes into beautifully creamy, opaque paint with a bit of water. It works and made the glitter float.

I used this glycerin to mix with distilled water to put in a snow globe and it mixes well and keeps the flakes aloft and stays clear.

Made miniature snowglobes 16mm big filled with glitter and this glycerin and it worked great!

I tried this without additives at first, and as the paint dried it cracked into crumbly bits that fell out of the pan.

As soon as you expose the glycerine to air, it begins to degrade by absorbing moisture.

Used for a craft and it was a great, low-cost option.
