Pros

For soaping they are great! They come with a line on the inside to indicate where you should fill them up to. I also use them to make and refrigerate jello and they fill line is an added bonus.

Pans for cakes, pies, cupcakes, etc. The make nice sized cornmeal cakes. Can also be used to cook cornbread. Can be used for muffins and cupcake batter.

These silicon cups are a must for bento-ing. They work fabulously in my bento box! My japanese men bento box lunch box with chopsticks.

Cons

They leave layer of crumb residue which is very difficult to clean. The heat from the dishwasher causes the cups to develop a brown stain.
