The colour of the bundt pan means that it's easy to get cakes out of it. Also, i usually end up with one section of the cake a little darker than the rest.

However i find i have to be very careful about baking times as the dark colour means that cakes tend to burn quicker if left too long

I usually start checking about 1520 minutes before the time stated in the recipe or bake at a slightly lower temperature than recommended in the recipe
