This meringue powder works good and has really good flavor. The container feels a little delicate.

Cons

Less than half is unacceptable. Total disappointment. Wilton is such a rip off.

The powder is clumpy and has crystals in it. The icing tastes like chemicals. Called wilton to check the expiration date.

This meringue powder works good and has really good flavor.

Just need a little practice with the ratio of meringue powder to the frosting so it's not too firm.

With the holidays, i was too busy to complain, but they really should put in sturdier packaging.
