It has a new “diamond-infused” non-stick coating that makes it safe for most metal tools. It is dishwasher safe, although i hand wash everything, not having a dishwasher. More importantly it has a nice non- stick coating and is not at all flimsy.

It has a unique beautiful blue color to it and it really shines! The blue finish is a lovely touch, though more if you're giving it as a gift. I'm not 100% sure why they are blue but who cares? Absolutely love this.

When i make toast, it’s crisper but lighter. Perfect for 5 pieces of toast. This is the kind of dish that you want to ooo and ahh over. Serves their purpose for both cookies and roasting veges.

That is handy to thwart spills. It cleans up easily. It's so easy to clean.

The pan has a good heft (not heavy, but feels durable) and a good sturdy-feeling construction. The pan is a nice deep height, making it good for holding a good sized sheet pan supper or being filled up with a thin layer of bars.

I feel they are fake pans. The warping gets worse as the temperature goes up. Awful experience with them.
