I had a few different wilton items delivered at the same time and thought they all were a part of one item so the cookie icing sort of goes with the rest but i guess it was actually separate

I would say that these are definitely best for cookies after all it says cookie icing decorating

I think thats totally consistent with colored prepackaged icing but id recommend using these for decorative details not as the primary icing for anything
