Pros
The wilton pan is very non-stick and also crisps up the pizza crust nicely. I make my own pizzas from scratch, but have been using a pizza pan that, even with olive oil, often caused the dough to stick to it. This pan is great.
It's very sturdy and has held up. Super slick smooth surface and very sturdy. Exceptionally easy to clean.
Love this for my micro/convection oven combo. Using it to bake biscuit's and cinnamon rolls, nary a stuck one yet.
Cons
Seriously regret buying this. Can't grab it to save your life. Could not be used, trash.
Produced a terrible pizza that was cooked on top but not on crust. They are now like trying scrape the food off a regular not non-stick pan. I really wish this pan was more durable.
The bottom is way to slick. Way to slippery. Even slid right off the pizza peel. Have to soak it loose in hot water and throw it away.
