I never use any oil with these

This way i dont need any flour or corn meal for the bottom of the pizza nor do i need a pizza peal and no oven or counter top mess

When the pizza is done i just remove it from the oven release the spring lock and the pizza slides right off the flat bottom onto the cutting board
