Pros

These are great cake pans. These are perfect for making tiered cakes. My cakes tend to be tough and domed.

They are priced for a thinner pan but sturdy for industrial use. They stack nicely for storage. They heat evenly and are really durable.

Cons

The sides are slanted so that the pans stack, but the sides are not straight. They are not nonstick at all. These round layers are not the same dimension on the top as on the bottom.
