Pros & Cons
Pros
Ces tôles sont économiques et de bonne qualité compte tenu du prix. Love these pans sleek easy to clean and nesting for storage.
I bake a lot and wilton is my preferred bake ware. Now it has a natural nonstick coating and has not warped for the last almost 4 years of use. When baked without parchment paper they wash clean with very little effort.
Cons
Still usable, but disappointing. Don’t waist your money.
Baking sheet warped on me while baking cookies at 350 f. At past 400f its structural integrity is in jeopardy. I open the oven door and i see the pan is twisted to the point where it no longer lays flat on the over grid.
Health hazard. Hard to clean. Worps and stains easily.

Believe or not but since i bought it i yet did not use it even ones but i tried to bend them and they are not bendable so clearly they are sturdy and like any metal tray they are not easy nor hard to clean if you take care of them they will serve you just fine and if you gonna burn then often they will not be usable for long i know cuz i have 10 different trays just like it and so thats the reason why i did not yet use those at all i need to destroy my old ones those were a spare ones just in case i need more for my business or in case of huge party baking so for now i cant say much but in the future as soon as i will have occasion to use it i will surely come back here and update for a better future costumer experience

I had two older cookie sheets exactly as shown in the diagram with the same brown sticker this one had a different sticker with a green background and it is missing the embossed size of the cookie sheet on the raised handle but otherwise it looks exactly the same

My oldest pan which is close to if not 30 years old came with a bent corner and i use to bake directly on it for years before i discovered the joys of parchment paper so this old cookie sheet is a bit discolored yellow in areas now and it stained the shape of one salmon filet i was baking the salmon on top of parchment paper in one spot only and not under any of the other fish filets but none of these things affects how it cooks

I can even lift the cookie sheet in and out of the oven with one hand but you have to watch not to tip the pan downwards but when it is hot i usually will use two hands in oven mittens to be on the safe side

These cookie sheets wash up easily but because there are air holes in the underside second air layer do not soak them in water as water can get in between the two layers
