The teflon coating is excellent - very easy to clean - just a quick wipe does the trick. They stack nicely and cool down quickly. Washes up with minimal effort.

These are the bigger sized loaf pans. Far superior to the higher priced pans. These pans are dishwasher safe, too.

They appear to be double-walled, like the good cookie sheets are, so they prevent any burning of the bottom crust. They both yield a wicked pastry bag. I use them frequently when baking bread from scratch, and for meatloaf.

Great price for a high quality pan and fast shipment. True old fashioned quality that lasts for decades.

This is the second time i bought these. Just buy them. Love them. They are amazing!

These are some sort of non stick, not stainless. It's just a lighter color non stick then wilton stuff usually is. Its too much of a hassle to return.
