The pan conducts heat perfectly and clean up is a breeze. It's the perfect size to make two meat loaves and freeze one if you have left overs. And it fits in the dishwasher!

Honestly i couldnt tell you the difference in how a specific pan broils better than another i think it depends more on the oven than the pan
