I had major issues with healthy muffins sticking to paper cups.

The muffins come out very easy (although the muffins i made did stick a little, no big deal though).

I only wish that these square cups were a little thicker and that they didnt have the ridges on them

The butters i use are organic i dont know if that makes a difference or not
